1935-1936: Miller Grows
In 1935, Miller Electric Mfg. Co. was incorporated. In 1936, Al Mulder, Miller's sole engineer, invented the world's first high frequency-stabilized AC industrial welder. This improved the quality of the welding arc, making AC welding practical for use in factories and construction. |
