Power Source Details The Millermatic 135 welds metal 24 gauge to 3/16 in. thick in a single pass and has a 30 to 135 amp output range (90 amps at 20 percent duty cycle). The Millermatic 175 welds metal 24 gauge to 1/4 in. thick in a single pass and has a 30 to 175 amp output range (130 amps at 30 percent duty cycle). The Millermatic 210 welds metal from 22 gauge to 3/8 in. thick in a single pass and has a 30 to 210 amp output range (160 amps at 60 percent duty cycle). It has a convenient built-in dual gun/cable holder and consumable compartment. The Millermatic 251 welds metal 22 gauge to 1/2 in. thick in a single pass and has a 30 to 300 amp output range (250 amps at 40 percent duty cycle). Its patent-pending Active Arc StabilizerTM control and adjustable run-in speed control start the arc more consistently than any comparable machine. The Spectrum 375 CutMate plasma cutter’s pilot arc controller improves tip life and increases cutting capabilities and speeds.
